Agreement

These terms govern your use of mbswindows.com and your communications with MBS Doors & Windows LLC ("MBS," "we," "us"). By using this site or submitting a quote request, you agree to these terms.

Purchases of product are governed separately by the written quote, proposal and contract issued for your project. Where those documents conflict with these terms, the project documents control.

Text messaging terms

MBS operates a customer care messaging program for quote follow-up, order status and delivery coordination.

Program

MBS Doors & Windows customer care messaging. Messages relate to your quote request, order status, drawing approvals and delivery scheduling.

How to join

You opt in by checking the consent box on our quote request form, or by giving express consent to a member of our team. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency

Varies based on your project activity.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. MBS does not charge for messages.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Quotes, pricing and orders

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are valid for the period stated on the quote. Pricing depends on accurate dimensions, configuration, finish and delivery address. Freight and sales tax are calculated to the project address.

Products are made to order to your specifications. Production begins only after written approval of shop drawings and receipt of the deposit stated in your contract. Made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-cancellable once released to production.

Lead times are estimates provided by the manufacturer and are not guaranteed. Delays in approval, payment or site readiness extend the schedule accordingly.

Measurements and specifications

You are responsible for the accuracy of dimensions, handing, rough opening sizes and configuration you supply or approve. MBS prepares shop drawings from that information and routes them for your written sign-off. Approval of shop drawings confirms the information is correct.

Delivery

Delivery is curbside unless otherwise stated in writing. The purchaser is responsible for offloading, receiving, inspection at delivery and storage. Damage or shortage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery and reported to MBS within 48 hours.

Warranty

Steinhaus Architectural Products carry a ten-year limited warranty administered by MBS in the United States. Warranty terms, exclusions and claim procedures are set out in the warranty document supplied with your order. Warranty coverage requires correct installation, use and maintenance.

Except as stated in the written warranty, MBS makes no other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Site content

Product descriptions, specifications, finishes, colors and images on this site are provided for reference. Screen-rendered colors are approximate; request physical samples before specifying a finish. Specifications are subject to change by the manufacturer without notice.

Site content, marks and images are the property of MBS or its suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MBS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, construction delay costs or labor costs, arising from the products or these terms. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for any dispute lies in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
