Who we are

MBS Doors & Windows LLC ("MBS," "we," "us") is the exclusive United States sales, distribution and service partner for Steinhaus Architectural Products. We operate from 5925 New Bethany Road, Suite C, Buford, Georgia 30518.

This policy explains what information we collect through mbswindows.com and in the course of quoting and supplying products, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly when you request a quote, contact us, or place an order:

• Name, email address and telephone number
• Project address, and billing or delivery addresses
• Your role on the project — homeowner, builder, architect, dealer or developer
• Project details, plans, window schedules, measurements and product selections you send us
• Records of our correspondence, including calls, texts and email

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the site, such as browser type, device type and pages viewed. This is used to keep the site working and understand general usage.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Prepare and send quotes, shop drawings and order documentation
• Price freight and sales tax accurately, which requires a project address
• Communicate with you about your quote, order, delivery schedule and warranty
• Place and track orders with manufacturers and freight carriers on your behalf
• Meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging and mobile information

If you provide your telephone number and consent, we may send you text messages about your quote, order status, delivery scheduling and related service matters. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your project activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at 844-343-3667 or sales@mbswindows.com.

Opting out of text messages does not remove you from email or telephone contact regarding an active quote or order.

When we share information

We share information only as needed to do the work:

• Manufacturers and suppliers — to produce made-to-order products to your specifications
• Freight and logistics providers — to crate, ship and deliver to your site
• Service providers — payment processing, accounting, email delivery and customer relationship software, each bound to use the information only to provide services to us
• Legal and regulatory — where required by law, customs, or to establish or defend legal claims

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.

Retention and security

We keep quote, order and warranty records for as long as needed to support the product and meet legal and tax obligations. Steinhaus systems carry a ten-year limited warranty, so order records are generally retained for at least that period.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we are required to keep. To make a request, email sales@mbswindows.com or call 844-343-3667.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link in any message.

Children

This site is intended for business and homeowner project inquiries. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
