Payment, Shipping, and Refund Information.
We appreciate your choice to work with us and aim to provide a seamless transaction experience. Below are our policies regarding payments, shipping, and warranties.
Payment Structure:
All orders require two separate payments:
Initial Deposit: A 60% deposit of the total order amount is required upon placing the order.
Final Payment: The remaining 40% must be settled before the product is shipped from our factory on all custom ordered. If this payment is not made, the product will not be dispatched, resulting in a delay. Inc’s deposit is made this is considered an approval of contracts and you have agreed to all terms.
Important Information:
Orders cannot be held without an upfront deposit. Production will only commence once the deposit is received.
Failure to complete final payment will lead to shipment delays or potential order cancellation. As our products are custom-made, we cannot issue refunds if the final payment is not received.
Refund Policy
Once an order is confirmed and deposit is made. we adhere to a strict no-refund policy due to the customized nature of our products and the tight schedules for materials and production. Changes or cancellations may not be possible after confirmation.
Shipping:
For all custom orders, we aim to ship within 60-days following receipt of the initial payment and client approval. While we strive to adhere to these timelines, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, production or other external factors, may lead to delays. Typically, we can ship within a 90-day timeframe.
Payment Processing Charges
Please note that all transactions made via credit card or PayPal incur a 4% processing fee, which will be included in your final invoice. Applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees will also be added based on the total purchase price.
Installation Requirement
To ensure the best quality of service and maintain the integrity of our products, we require that all installations of windows and doors be carried out by our certified installers. If you choose to use a different installation company, the following conditions will apply:
Warranty and Accountability: Our company cannot provide warranties for the performance, integrity, or quality of windows and doors installed by non-certified installers.
Repair and Maintenance Services: We will not offer repair, maintenance, or troubleshooting support for issues arising from installations performed by outside companies.
Acknowledgment: Clients opting for non-certified installation must sign an acknowledgment form confirming their understanding that our warranty is void in such cases and that we cannot be held responsible for any damage or issues arising from these installations.
