Payment, Shipping and refund.

Thank you for choosing our services. We appreciate your business and want to ensure a smooth transaction process. Below are the terms regarding payment, shipping, and warranties.

  1. Payment Schedule

All orders require two payments:

Initial Payment: A deposit of 60% of the total order cost is due at the time of the order.
Final Payment: The remaining 40% is due prior to shipment from the factory. If not paid in full, the product will not leave the factory and be delayed.

Important Notes:
We cannot hold orders without an upfront deposit. All deposits must be paid before production can commence.
Orders not paid in full will experience shipment delays or may be canceled due to non-payment. Given that our products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds if the final payment is not received.

  1. Refund Policy

Once an order is placed, we implement a strict no-refund policy. This is due to the customized nature of our products and the rigid schedules for materials and production. Once the order is confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be accommodated.

  1. Shipment

For all custom orders, we aim to ship within 60 days from receipt of first payment and client approval. While we strive to meet these timelines, please note that shipment delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions or issues beyond our control. Turn around time is based on order processing. We usually can ship with one 90 days.

  1. Payment Processing Fees

Please be aware that all credit card and PayPal transactions incur a 4% processing fee, which will be added to the final invoice. Applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees will also be applied based on the final purchase amount.

5. Installation Stipulation

To ensure the highest quality of service and to maintain the integrity of the products we provide, our company requires that all installations of windows and doors be conducted by our certified installers. If a client chooses to employ a different installation company, the following conditions will apply:

  1. Warranty and Liability: Our company cannot extend any warranties regarding the performance, integrity, or quality of the windows and doors installed by non-certified installers.
  2. Repairs and Service: Our company will not provide repair services, maintenance, or any troubleshooting support for any issues that arise from installations performed by other companies.
  3. Acknowledgment: Clients opting for non-certified installation must sign an acknowledgment stating they understand and accept that our warranty is void for these installations and that we cannot be held accountable for any damage or issues resulting from such
